As the president of a university for 31 years, I am all too familiar with how people are so quick to contact you when things do not go as quickly as planned, or when people do not do exactly as you hoped they would. . .and how infrequently they remember to let you know when an employee has gone beyond expectations to achieve a perfect final result. It was not your 'typical' home-owners transaction that my husband and I just completed with Long Realty, but Michael worked relentlessly to ensure that we were the new owners of the home of our choice. He kept us updated, encouraged, and remained positive when our doubts started to appear. I simply cannot express the gratitude we both feel to have been so fortunate to work with him.
